8. Scheduling
Appointments are available by advance reservation.
Submission of a scheduling request does not guarantee availability until confirmed.

Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

10. Cancellation Policy
Clients are encouraged to provide at least 24 hours' notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of prepaid session fees, except where prohibited by law or in documented emergencies.
Motor City Hypnotist may waive fees at its discretion.
11. Refund Policy
Refund eligibility varies by service.
Completed hypnosis sessions are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
Digital products, downloadable materials, audio recordings, and online courses are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.
If a refund is approved, it will be issued using the original payment method.
