How To Hire The Right Stage Hypnotist

Hypnosis is NOT mind control. A hypnotist cannot force anyone to do anything against their will or moral standards.
You cannot get stuck in hypnosis
There are many stage hypnotists performing in the world today. So how do you choose the right one for your event? First, ask about the hypnotist's experience and how long he/she has been practicing/performing. Second, watch video. Any accomplished stage hypnotist should be willing and eager to share video with prospective clients. Third, ask if your stage hypnotist is will to provide reviews or references about their shows. Fourth, ask your stage hypnotist about what material and themes they use in their shows. Unfortunately, there are many performers out there that are still doing inappropriate material in their shows. Fifth, be sure your stage hypnotist has stage liability insurance. While accidents and injuries are uncommon, your performer should have an insurance policy in place. Sixth is price. Now this may surprise you. There are vast differences in pricing for a show from one hypnotist to another. My average show prices range from $800 for a small, intimate gathering to over $3,000 for a corporate show or fair appearance for a week. Honestly, if a stage hypnotist is quoting a show for $100-$300, there is probably a reason for it. As with any good entertainment, you get what you pay for.

The comedy shows usually last from 45 to 75 minutes depending on the host client needs. The Motor City Hypnotist also performs many high school lock-in hypnosis shows and the hypnotic performance can go longer if requested.
